Is this project still maintained?

Hope you're doing well! I was checking out imageproc and noticed things have been quiet for a while. Is it still actively maintained, or has it shifted to a more passive/unmaintained status?
Perhaps we could involve one of the image maintainers in merge decisions?

I am no longer actively maintaining this library and would be very happy if someone trustworthy wanted to take on any ownership responsibilities.

I'm not sure what perms exactly I have in the image-rs org but I'll look at how to sort out admin/publish perms for imageproc on the weekend.
