EIDR IDs are rarely generated for supplemental material, but it would be nice to include a recommendation for putting the EIDR of the original work (i.e., this is supplement to urn:eidr:10.5240:...) in the package somewhere. Receiving files without authoritative identification is a nightmare.

I presume you propose the inclusion of ContentVersion under Section 4, Recommended CPL Elements?

@cseidel2 Do you have a proposal as to how you would like to see EIDR inclusion in the document? Does my suggestion above suit?
