Some more niche casting combinations are not handled correctly

Bool → LongDouble/Float128: Into<f128> not implemented for bool.
Enum → LongDouble/Float128: Into<f128> not implemented for (enum type).
LongDouble/Float128 → Enum: panics in f128_cast_to.
Enum → function pointer: non-primitive cast (enum type) as isize.
function pointer → any non-pointer-sized type: transmute between different sized types.
