Dead link on Scroll management page #238

When reviewing the content within Scroll management. I clicked on the 'making visits' link.
When clicking on the link, a dialog appears stating "404 | Not Found".
I believe the redirect page was suppose to be -> https://inertiajs.com/manual-visits

The link to `Manual visits` page was broken.

This PR should close inertiajs#238 once it is merged.
