Build RAGFlow with Nix

Just let you know, as we use NixOS to mange lots of services, we are packing RAGFlow with nix in our setup. we will send the PR to RAGFlow if anyone interested on that.

we gave up as it's hard to maintain the native nix packages for ragflow. instead we are now using Nix to mange the docker compose only. something like this:
