Hello!

Thank you for open sourcing this project!

The only issue I've noticed is that the homepage doesn't update upon changes (whether it's static of showing a list of posts).

The headers show 'x-proxy-cache' and only seems to update after an hour or so, even with a 'Purge all' via W3TC (with homepage purge ticked)

Every other page appears to purge correctly upon changes.

IIRC emptying /var/nginx/cache/sitecache purged it, so maybe the proxy_,cache config is an issue, but I'm puzzled why it's only a problem with the homepage

Found it. It was these settings under W3TC settings >> Browser Cache:

General

Set expires header
set cache-control header

HTML & XML

Set expires header
set cache-control header

I've disabled these to match the defaults, and the homepage is no longer showing a 3600 cache-control TTL, and is properly being purged on updates
