browser failure of secondary capture

Hi

I want to make a secondary capture as a dicom file ; but to know the required missing dicom fields I'd like to use the dicom.innolitics.com interface as the generate dicom secondary capture made do work on some PACS clients but not every one of them...

Bug description
When dragged a secondary capture in the dicom standard browser, an error occur

Steps for reproduction
download ; unzip ; drag and drop the anonymized dicom file and then upload it on the web interface

Expected behavior
to see the required missing dicom fields
