Unable to Export DICOM: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'split')

Bug description
I have a DICOM file that reads perfectly ok, but when I try to modify some fields and click the "Export DICOM" button nothing happens. When I look in the browser's Console window, I see that there is a javascript error "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'split')

Steps for reproduction
I cannot share the file itself with you, but it appears to be something specific about this file since I can use the "Export DICOM" feature on other files without any issue.
