Table E.1-1 Confidentiality Profiles Incomplete

I'm using your json files to generate data I need and I haven't had the bandwidth to dig into the code to see what might be the cause but I have found that your extract is missing around 137 entries from the part 15 table E.1-1. I've attached extracts from your file (deid_innolitics.csv) and my own extract straight from the table (deid_from_standard.csv)
