feat: Make the seek media button controls on podcasts for YouTube Music customizable

Feature description

The default values for the seek media button controls when listening or watching podcasts on YouTube Music is 10 seconds to rewind and 30 seconds to fast forward. Offering the user to manually select exactly how many seconds rewind should be and exactly how many seconds fast forward should be, would offer a lot of flexibility.

Pocket Casts allows you to tweak the seek media button controls for rewinding and fast forwarding, so it would be awesome if YouTube Music ReVanced Extended can also offer this feature for playback of podcasts as well.

Motivation

YouTube Music, as a podcast app, is missing a lot of podcasts. These podcasts simply cannot be found by searching for them within YouTube Music itself.

In order to access many of these missing podcasts on YouTube Music we have to import the RSS feed of the podcasts from other services like https://podcastindex.org. Doing this means that the imported podcasts via RSS, have lots of ads and sponsors that cannot be detected by YouTube Music ReVanced Extended..

Being able to set a higher number for fast forwarding via the seek media button control, would make manually skipping these ads and sponsors much quicker.

But in general having the freedom to freely make the seek media button controls set to any time you desire, would be handy in a number of ways, and like I said other podcast apps like Pocket Casts, have had this feature built-in for a long time now.
