We're merging #4183 in it's current state. This unblocks development on byron-proxy. Here's a list of tasks we have remaining:

add all tests from haskell.nix to required attribute set
bump explorer js dependencies
test backend with Daedalus
add NixOS services to nix/nixos for node, wallet and explorer
