Currently we can enable a basic authentication over blacklisting accounts. This is suitable for our current release, but I believe we should improve on this in the next release/ASAP. For example, we should use more standard API Authentication with keys for the list/delist endpoints. We should also not be storing credentials for postgres users in the way that we are.
