How to see the tabsetpanel id in teal?

Hello, I want to add the function of updatetabsetpanel in teal app. Seems very difficult to find out the tabset id in the teal app, cause it's not straightforward. Could you give some example of how to find out tabset id or tab id in teal app? Thanks.
