Describe the bug
Reminder posts have large clock image, this means you can't see any of the reminder message without clicking see more.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Schedule a reminder in Teams GiHub schedule org/repo
Wait for reminder to post a message in channel

Expected behavior
A better formatted message that doesn't have a lot of unnecessary spacing - a simple bullet list:

Pending pull request reviews on https://github.com/org/repo
