Subscribing to discussion comments is not currently supported. Subscribing to comments only supports comments on issues and pull requests.

Describe the solution you'd like
Include discussion comments when subscribing to comments. Better yet, allow subscribing only to discussion comments.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I haven't found any. When I comment in a discussion, it is not shown in Teams.

@leachj Looking at all the open and unassigned issues, it seems no one is monitoring this repo. If not, has this integration been abandoned?

@trx1 this integration has definitely not been abandoned. We are currently focusing on internal stability and reliability improvements so we aren't able to respond much to issues in this repo. That should change in the future.
