Unsubscribe from "Reviews assigned to you" daily summary - but stay subscribed to other pull request notifications

I’m frustrated by receiving the daily “Reviews assigned to you” summary in Slack through the GitHub Slack app. While I appreciate receiving timely notifications for pull requests, commits, and other events, the daily review summary feels redundant and creates noise. I want to stay subscribed to all other pull request notifications without having to manually unsubscribe from individual repositories.

I would like the ability to unsubscribe specifically from the “Reviews assigned to you” daily summary while continuing to receive notifications for other pull request activity, such as new PRs, updates, or comments on PRs I’m involved in. This could be an additional configuration option when subscribing to a repository or organization in the GitHub Slack app, allowing users to toggle off daily summaries for reviews only.
