Filter pull notifications by whether I was requested for review

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to subscribe to pull requests for an entire org, but ONLY ones where I have been requested, or that I participated in (as in the github UI)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Only subscribing to repos within my org where I'm a code owner; but I often get requested for review on PRs in repos where I'm not an owner, so this wouldn't notify me in that case

Additional context
I'm 100% sure the legacy bot had notifications like this... but they stopped working as of yesterday and instead I've been getting an absolute deluge of spam from the github bot from EVERY repo whenever any commit/pr is made and it's made the notifications unusable.
