gst-inspect-1.0 does not show the mfxplugins

Checkout the code from branch topic_linux_and_window and built it successfully. But i see the earlier list of plugins only when I do a gst-inspect-1.0. No mfx plugins like mfxvpp, etc come up. Do I need to remove the earlier installled gstreamer?

List of files installed by Meson
Does not contain files installed by custom scripts.
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gstreamer-1.0/libgstmfx.so
