Currently empty packages are not visible in the package-list of generation wizzard.

@MichaelPrib this is not a bug - it's a feature 😉 for real though: why would someone want to first create a package and then generate the class to it, when you can simply type in the desired package path in the wizard?

Well, technically it's possible to have empty packages in the eclipse project. If for some reason an empty package already exists but not seen in the wizard, it will confuse the user.
