How should I set unsubscribed_from_emails?

Version info

• intercom-rails version: 0.4.0
• Rails version: 5.2.3

Expected behavior

I can set:

  config.user.unsubscribed_from_emails = Proc.new {|current_user| current_user.unsubscribed? }

Actual behavior

Exception is thrown:

`block in <top (required)>': undefined method `unsubscribed_from_emails=' for IntercomRails::Config::User:Class (NoMethodError)

Is there a reason why I wouldn't want to use intercom-rails to update the unsubscribed information in Intercom?
