[BUG] Rev Share - Table responsiveness breaking between 768px-794px

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Probabilistic Revenue Sharing page
2. Open dev tools
3. Click 'Toggle Device Toolbar'
4. Select 'iPad Mini' from the dimensions

Expected result

The table should be responsive and the 'Delete" column shouldn't be going outside the border of the table header

Actual result

'Delete' column is outside the gray border area
