[Enhacement] RevShare - Weight & Percentages

Currently, we have the numericupdown to change the value of the weight. While the value doesn't move below zero, the arrow is not disabled.
Should we even allow it to get to zero? The concept of sharing is between at least 2 wallets , shouldn't the minimum weight be 1 instead?

Nothing urgent. This is a potential enhancement for the future.

@RabebOthmani yes, this is would be a simple change - another question I'd ask as a follow up is whether weight should be strictly an integer whole number, especially given that we round for the percentage?
