Improve monetization detection #1146
Description
Right now when the extension is installed it adds the link rel support for "monetization" which is detected by the banner tool & wp plugin.
The problem is that this detection is not accurate because the extension after install is is not yet configured.
Banner tool and plugin detects the extension and we don't show the banner, the user might not remember he has that extension that needs to be configured.
Wondering if we could detect that the extension is properly configured with a wallet address and grant so we could switch banner not rendering condition from "extension detected" to "extension detected and configured"
