[External Issue] Invalid client error when connecting to GateHub wallet

Purpose of this ticket: To track a GateHub wallet issue that impacts user's ability to use their GateHub wallet with Web Monetization extension.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the WM extension
2. Copy the extension's public key
3. Upload/paste the copied public into your GateHub wallet's payment pointer
4. Open the WM extension, enter your GateHub payment pointer and an amount for the extension
5. Click connect

Expected result

The extension connects to the wallet successfully, and shows the screen with the rate of pay.

Actual result

The extension shows an error: invalid client

Additional context

• Previous issue: adding the WM extension's public key to a GateHub wallet used to give an error: watch video
  • note: this seems to have been resolved, but there's a new issue...see below
• Latest issue: The wallet shows success after adding the WM extension's public key to a GateHub payment pointer, but the key is not listed for that payment pointer.
  • impact: WM extension is unable to connect to a GateHub wallet. The WM extension shows an error when attempting to connect using the GateHub payment pointer.

Update: not yet started as the GateHub team has had to deprioritize this task due to more urgent prep tasks for the Summit.
