The phecode file is tab-separated and gzipped. Each row contains the following columns:

#0: follow_up_time - time in years (float) from birth until either occurrence of target endpoint or end of follow-up                                                                        
#1: sex- woman=1,man=0
#2: case_status - case=1, control=0, -1=exclude
#3: train_status - train=1, test=0
#4-1871: one column per each phecode - Column identifier is the phecode name (e.g. 008), coded as 1 (=present) or 0 (=absent). Phecode names come from: https://phewascatalog.org/files/phecode_definitions1.2.csv.zip                                                                                                                                                             
#1872-: additional features used from the phenotype file and defined with input flag --includevars
