Suppressing missing warnings expect when all fallbacks have been exhausted

I can suppress fallback warnings with fallbackWarn: false.
I can also suppress missing warnings with missingWarn: false.

How do I suppress all fallback warnings, and all missings warnings, except when all fallback routes have been exhausted?

For example, if I'm looking for general.brand (which is missing), and my locale is en-GB, I get this in the console:

[intlify] Not found 'general.brand' key in 'en-GB' locale messages.     // <-- I want to suppress this
[intlify] Fall back to translate 'general.brand' key with 'en' locale.  // <-- I want to suppress this
[intlify] Not found 'general.brand' key in 'en' locale messages.        // <-- I want to see this

But I only want to see the last message.... I'm not interested in the console being polluted with fallback attempts, but I am interested in seeing if the translation cannot be found at all.
