community: remove the community from/with already published record

Once the record is approved and published within a community, the uploader does not have any possibility to remove this community.

• analyse and specify how the user should be able to remove the community (UX)
• list the possible consequences of this action. Can the record be re-added to any other community
• discuss the possible implementation options
• implement the solution

We ran into this during our testing session today. It actually is possible to delete a community with published records in InvenioRDM v9.1... it then just breaks all the landing pages of the records that were part of that community.

At a quick glance, the breaking is at the Jinja template level which then causes this error: inveniosoftware/invenio-app-rdm#1565 .
