[feature request] Add lang support for docs

It would be nice if the docs are also in other langs.

@Xvonthe I understand the sentiment but think we are not at a community size where it makes sense. Only 2 languages are covered over 80%, overall we are under 25%. Half-translated docs would probably be worse than just English tools.

Thoughts @eeintech @SchrodingersGat ?

@Xvonthe it would be nice, but as @matmair has outlined we are very under-resourced on translation support. The software itself is only 25% translated! Docs translation would require substantially more effort I feel.

I'm not against it, but would require a lot of buy in from multi-lingual users willing to contribute
