web ui on mobile device cant change settings page dropdown

Describe the bug

when accessing the settings page on a mobile device (android firefox in my case)
most of the 2nd level dropdown boxes dont change its view

Steps To Reproduce

access the settings page, then try changing dropdown from details to address,
or go into user details, then changing details to password

Expected Behavior

the panel to change like it does in the web ui

Additional context

ALSO the save button at the top seems to be off the the side and completely hidden?
