make importer more robust

THe load_MGF_data functions now either imports and processes data from an MGF file or it read an already processed json file. That is confusing.
In addition there is no check that the json was processed using the same parameters!

So, either the json will also be checked for the right parameters. AND/or it should be split into a MGF and a json importer.
