firefly doesn't connect to ledger

I've updated everything, but when I log into Firefly it tells me that I should connect my ledger, which I have - I've already shut down my computer, uninstalled Firefly and reinstalled it (twice) and as I said, all the updates have already been done, also latest windows update - does that cause problems maybe?

I was able to create a second profile (identical). After that went smoothly, I tried again to get into my actual first one and suddenly the loading bar actually loaded
