Connecting loop screen stuck - can't go back

Hello,

I notice that when you are on the "connecting" screen, and an error pops up, when you "confirm" it, you are stuck on the screen and can't go back to the main menu.
The back arrow isn't clickable.

Try to restart, if that doesn't work, try to either re-install the application or close the webpage for a bit/remove all settings and clear it.
