Acceptance test runner's config() method broken after clap v3 upgrade #584

Previously the EntryPoint command would handle the -c /path/to/config.toml argument generated by CmdRunner::config.

However, after the clap v3 upgrade there is no longer a universal -c option available, especially one that works with subcommands.
