Enhancing Away Status with Timestamp Retrieval

A useful addition would be regarding the away status, such as whenever an away status is set, it retrieves the latest timestamp added from the whox. This would enable a web IRC client to display/retrieve a user's status by indicating, for example: "The user has been away since [timestamp]".
