Cancel on script creation in admin console does not clear fields

Description of Issue

Hit create script, type in script name, cancel. Hit create script and the script name persists.

However, this is not consistent. It is sporadic when this happens and eventually the fields clear. Go back to do the same thing and the issue is no longer there.
