Add Task textboxes missing #141

In the latest version, for some reason the textbox for adding a task and the date selector are missing - see below. Has anyone encountered this?

Yes I also see this.

I know HA developers have been stripping out paper elements from the frontend, so I guess these <paper-input> elements are no longer preloaded. Will have to be replaced with something else.

I was able to get to a janky-looking solve using a regular input textbox. Happy to propose the changes so we have a working solution until a permanent one is in place?

I just made a beta release v3.8.3 which should fix this, give it a try.
