marisa-trie fails to save dictionary (mingw32)

It is reported that saving doesn't work under mingw32.

It fails under mingw32 with the following error message:

RuntimeError: lib/marisa/grimoire/io\writer.cc:129: MARISA_IO_ERROR: 
size_written <= 0

I've updated Reader/Writer to use read_/write_ instead of read/write when 
compiled with MinGW (r98).

I'm not sure whether this update fixes the problem or not, but currently I have 
no idea other than this.
