Proprietary Software License

Copyright (c) 2026 ISAPP. All rights reserved.

Definitions

  • "Software" means the Sensitive Form Fields addon and all associated source code, documentation, and assets.
  • "Free License" means permission to use the Software at no charge, subject to the terms below.
  • "Commercial License" means a paid license purchased through the Statamic Marketplace granting access to Pro features.

Grant of Use

Subject to the terms of this license, ISAPP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the Software on Statamic sites you own or manage.

  • Free features are available under the Free License at no charge.
  • Pro features require a valid Commercial License purchased through the Statamic Marketplace.

Restrictions

You may not, without prior written permission from ISAPP:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
  • Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the Software or any portion of it
  • Use the Software to build a competing product or service
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks

No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ISAPP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
