pgup / pgdn do not work on external keyboards

I've tried multiple external keyboards and the pgup and pgdn keys do not work with iSH on any of them. The keys work fine in any other iOS app but they simply don't do anything in iSH.

I just got setup to install .ipa files (via AltServer) hoping that a more recent build would include a fix but no such luck. I'm on build 716..the latest as of today.

It looks like this should've been fixed in #1708 but it's still not working for me unless there's some trick to get it to work that I'm missing. I should add that arrow keys work just fine.

Would building the app myself in XCode solve the issue?

Not having pgup/pgdn is pretty big hinderance when working with tmux (for scrolling back through history) or working with editors on code. Since you can't control mappings in iSH not sure how I can work around this..but I'm open to ideas.
