Permission to add 3DS builds to Universal Updater

Hello, I would like to add isle-portable to Universal-DB, the main database for Universal-Updater (a homebrew app store for the Nintendo 3DS), but I want permission from someone in charge first. It would download the latest build (in either CIA or 3DSX format) when selected in the app.

It will remain a draft until I'm given the OK.
