When clicking on a character, the video presumably plays normally, but the Infomaniac's face graphics are drawn at seemingly random times. Upon going to the main island or switching rooms, the video pauses and stays on the screen, and going near NPCs sometimes draws face graphics to the screen. I'll post an image later today.
