The issue is that on different servers different users/roles are used for lingvodoc database. It's needed to unify it somehow. In our deploy we use postgres user, in tsu deploy lingvodoc is used. Since docker-compose uses the chosen role in POSTGRES_USER variable, and dbdump contains some user-specific instructions, it is a problem.
