Invalid data file was generated in the finite-temperature calculation

When performing cTPQ calculations, even if I don't compute two-body correlation functions, HPhi still outputs many "zvo_cisajscktalt_setAstepB.dat" files. Although these files are empty, their presence is quite visually distracting.

This appears to be a bug: when SixBodyG is specified, the two-body output files cisajscktalt are still produced even though TwoBodyG is not specified.

I found a bug that caused two-body Green's functions to be output unnecessarily.
I have fixed the issue and submitted a pull request (please see #200).
If you prefer not to output the unnecessary two-body Green's functions, please use this updated version.
