打着自研的名字，其实就是一个外包。下班就开会，下班就开会。下班会问你完成进度怎么样。工作强度很大。说是不加班，如果加班有调休，实际上加班是按照甲方作息时间，OA上根本没有提交加班的地方，也没有调休，加班就是白加，没有年终奖，没有年终奖，没有年终奖，过节发的礼品简单，要不就找借口不发了，做的项目就看你被安排到哪家银行，工作内容基本相似，内容单一，感觉丝毫没有提升，而且有的甲方用的技术老旧，旧到你难以置信
