Enhance UX/UI of newsletter subscription form. #1029
Comments
What are you thinking about? Something like a new page with the form to subscribe to the newsletter? |
Hi @iGieri, we haven't decided yet. Personally I am thinking about developing a small "modal". So that the signup form could live on any page without taking you out of context. The content will be minimal, what currently in the footer (field, privacy link, ...). Then we could activate this modal either from the footer or directly from other links (eg. the one currently under the header in the home as a bookmark). I was thinking to follow the same "modal" approach for the search in the header as well. To have a 'toggle' approach there and not the actual "go to page" one. |
I like that idea. Are you already working on that? |
Yes I'd like to contribute. I just need a bit of time to understand the code and then I can do a PR. For any problems can I text to you on this Issue? |
@Fupete Could you please assign it to me? |
Does a discussion already exist on the topic you are interested in, or on a similar topic?
