Mountain Duck - Empty Sharepoint

Hi there, I am trying Mountain Duck to mount a O365 Sharepoint. It mounts, but the Site and Drive/Documents folders are empty. What could I have done wrong?

You are using the "Microsoft SharePoint"-protocol, authenticated with your onmicrosoft.com-account, and can navigate into Sites/tenant.sharepoint.com?
Depending on the setup of your Sharepoint you may have to navigate into different sites/libraries/groups to access the files you're expecting to see.
If you want to access your personal files on Sharepoint Online you have to use the "Microsoft OneDrive"-protocol.

E.g. usually tenant.sharepoint.com/ is available under Sites/tenant.sharepoint.com/Drives/Documents
For tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/SampleSite this would be available in Sites/tenant.sharepoint.com/Sites/SampleSite.
For tenant.sharepoint.com/RootSite, this is a bit tricky, and may be available in Sites/RootSite, but that depends on how recent that site has been created - Sharepoint has high latency for new Sites, Document Libraries, and Groups.

Please send a debug log of navigating into Sites/tenant.sharepoint.com/Drives/Documents - if you don't want to have personal information publicly visible send the log to [email protected].

Thank you for your reply. Yes I am using "Microsoft SharePoint"-protocol, authenticated with your onmicrosoft.com-account, and can navigate into Sites/tenant.sharepoint.com on the web. The O365 account has the default settings, as on a new subscription. I did create 2 sharepoint sites a while ago. The one I am wishing to see with Mountain Duck.
