mappings should not exist in rococoa-core #11
Description
org.rococoa.cocoa package should be removed from rococoa-core. Any mappings
needed for tests should be inner classes in those tests.
All mappings will be generated by the jnaerator / rococoa-bridge-support
projects and will exist in rococoa-cocoa.
