Spec Seems Incomplete #6

I have a very basic page that returns:

<html>
  <head>
    <META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
    <link href="https://betterdx-survey-2v73ynd6da-uc.a.run.app/services/iframely/bdd844dc-1230-11eb-adc1-0242ac120002" media="(min-width:100) and (min-height:100)" rel="iframely survey" title="asdf" type="text/html">
  </head>
  <body>hello, world</body>
</html>

But this service doesn't work in http://debug.iframely.com/ and when I try it in https://iframely.com/embed it says:

Sorry...
Iframely needs at least a thumbnail image to be able to generate a summary card.

I'm not sure what else needs to be there for this to work.
