[Enhancement] Bind Invidious locally by default #4739

There is no point in binding invidious to the whole world by default.

We should instead make it bind to localhost by default.

In docker, we can override this in the Docker image.

Something that came to my mind: we should check that port 5432/3000 aren't exposed on public instances
either of those would mean a badly configured instance
