Add replicaset definition to the node/infra machine list

Curretnly replica sets are static

• master
• node
• infra

Although the abiltiy to dynamically define them is currently possible from the way it handles the templates.
the node list in group_vars/all should include a replica set property for each node entry. Will be required when the nodes need to scale out
